Without exception every time I have called with a question or problem the person with whom I spoke (and there have been four different persons) ensured that I was unfailingly treated with courtesy and given the feeling that my issue was foremost on that person's daily agenda. I would recommend this agency (and Allstate) to anyone who asked. The flawless care I have received from this agency and Allstate are the reasons I refuse to even entertain attempts to lure me to another insurance company and agency with the promise of lower rates.
